Statements

1.  The fees are not taken until the month is completed.

     -  You receive 100% of donations throughout the month as they are given.
    -  No fees are taken during the month


2.  The first few business days of the next month the fees are taken for the current month.

      The Bank Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) give some time for refunds, etc.

3.  You'll see these names used transactions in your Checking account:

     -  Names like  "BANKCARD" are related to credit card donations or fees.
     -  "Sage" and "Sage/Paya" are related to the checking account account donations or fees.

4.  Statements for the donations and fees will be placed in the shared Box folder so you can see all details.

5.  Timing for Donations

    -  For a donation made on the weekend or holidays, it doesn’t process until the next business day.  
    -  Donations by credit and debit card arrive in 2 or 3 business days to your bank account.
    -  Donations by checking account arrive in 6 or 7 business days to your bank account.
