How to Build Reports
Automatic reporting can be daily, certain days per week, weekly, or bi-monthly.
1. Daily Donation Report - has all donations for the previous day, and includes it the donors gave to multiple funds.
2. Custom Donation Reports - you can setup reports for daily, Monday, Friday, weekly, or bi-monthly but a report every Monday is the most popular. That report would include donations from the previous Monday through Sunday night.
The reports are completely customizable, so you can receive the information you are used to getting.
You can also use your dashboard that provides up to the minute information plus know what devices are being used, how many are mobile, desktop, etc., and other useful information to understand what is needed for your ministry.
And you can exactly match your bank deposits to donations.
